This beautiful Omaha beach residence was transformed using the popular Viking Roof Spec WarmRoof system. The 50mm polyiso thermal boards were adhered with Viking Flexible FAST adhesive which were then covered with Viking White TPO Enviroclad.

This option has given the house increased thermal qualities in the winter and reduced heat in the summer with the reflective properties of the Viking White TPO Enviroclad.
